President

For more than 20 years, Frank Castelino has been a well-known and influential figure in the North American transportation industry. His transportation background includes extensive experience with international airlines in Thailand, Spain, India and Italy. In Canada, he held the position of Sales Manager for Burlington Air Express as well as Director of Operations for Blue Line Distribution.

In 1989, Frank founded G.O.A. Freight. His goal in founding his own company was to ensure that the services he provides focuses - first and
foremost - on the unique needs of his customers and offers a level of service he felt was lacking in the industry.

Frank is actively involved with the international charitable organization, The Knights of Columbus. He also volunteers with many caregiver organizations, focusing on individuals who need assistance and support, whether in hospital or in their own homes. Frank, and his wife Jane, have a daughter Leah, son-in-law Mimmo, a son David and a granddaughter Emma. Frank's is an avid golfer and wine collector. At G.O.A., we believe that our customers are an extension of our company and our staff is ready to assist our customers with all of their transportation-related matters.

Shirley Au-Yeung
Controller

Shirley is the controller of GOA Freight since 2000 with more than 15 years experience in the transportation industry. GOA Freight has warmly welcomed me as part of their team. We work together as a team to provide the best customer service to all our clients. The team atmosphere is great and our people make the difference.

Mimmo Piccirillo  
Manager Warehouse & Quality Assurance

A native of Toronto, Mimmo joined the G.O.A team in 2000. As warehouse and Quality Assurance manager, Mimmo oversees all aspects of the warehouse. Over the years with his direction and experience in warehouse planning we have had a 100% inventory record and no claims. Mimmo also oversees safety and conducts regular courses for his staff.

Dave Gregory  
Manager Special Services

Dave has been in the freight forwarding industry since 1985, and upon moving to Ontario from his native Montreal he joined G.O.A. Freight Systems in early 1998.He has been involved with numerous customers and projects over the years, his central focus being Inflight Sales/Diplomatic Supplies. Outside of G.O.A. his hobbies include sports and music.

Marie East 
Manager Client Services

Marie is a self driven Customer Service to achieve high-level of service for her customers.  In addition, she has years of experience in sales, marketing and Quality Assurance. She held various positions with a world leader in Logistics and freight forwarding. Marie is an active member and a Volunteer of Streetsville Horticultural Society. She believes in giving back to the community. She is Crafty and a "Nature Nut", as an avid photographer, a painter, she likes to capture, travel and see nature at its best. Noel Garcia 
I.T. Manager

Noel has been in I.T industry for more than 7 years and joined G.O.A. Freight Systems in November 2005. A very talented and result driven I.T. person who is responsible for every computer related tasks and system developments. Strong analytical skill and flexible to handle every job. He is currently holding the primary customer of G.O.A. with regards to Inventory and projects.
